After a tragic loss and near homelessness, we knew that flipping our first house was the perfect chance for our family to create more financial dependability.
Our family was super ambitious and full of energy but we had no cash, no credit, and no experience flipping a house. Out of desperation, all we could do was hope and pray that someone would take a chance on us-- that someone, was us.
Without cash, credit, or experience we understood that information and strategy was the only leverage we had. The strategy we created allowed us to leverage money from other sources to flip our first house without using any of our own money!
